                      THE OFFICE OF THE CITY ATTORNEY TO 
                      INSTITUTE EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS 
                      AGAINST LARRY E. ARMSTRONG, 8163 SAVANNAH 
                      HILLS DRIVE, OOLTEWAH, TENNESSEE  37363 
                      FOR SEWER EASEMENTS RELATIVE TO CONTRACT 
                      NO. 76B TRACTS NO. 213 AND 214.

            	      BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 
            OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the office of the City 
            Attorney be and is hereby authorized and directed to 
            institute eminent domain proceedings against Larry E. 
            Armstrong, 8163 Savannah Hills Drive, Ooltewah, Tennessee, 
            37363, for sewer easements pursuant to Contract No. 76B 
            Tracts No. 213 and 214..
